‎Jamaat-e-Islami’s central leader, Liaqat Baloch, has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has failed to play both the roles of government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and opposition in the federation effectively.

Neither the government nor the opposition can run them, Liaqat Baloch said while addressing a donors conference organized by Jamaat-e-Islami in Nowshera and later talking to the media. Despite the PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the past fourteen years, basic problems like education, health and employment have not been solved, corruption and mismanagement have increased in the province.

Education, health and employment problems still exist. The provincial government should focus on solving public problems so that the trust of the people can be restored. And when the trust of the people can be restored.

Then the movement to release Imran Khan will become effective. He further said that at present, there is no such situation that oil prices should be increased, instead of reducing their expenses, the rulers are putting the burden on the people.
