ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry has expressed grief over the death of senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) politician and National Assembly member Chaudhry Mahmood Bashir Virk.
In his condolence message, the federal minister described Mahmood Bashir Virk as a sincere, principled political leader committed to public service.
“Today is a day of sorrow as he has departed from us,” Chaudhry said, adding that the late lawmaker’s political and public services would always be remembered.
He prayed to Allah Almighty to forgive the deceased, elevate his ranks in the hereafter and grant patience and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
Chaudhry Mahmood Bashir Virk was a senior PML-N politician and serving member of the National Assembly.
