PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has issued orders regarding the transfer of key officials, including the Secretary Information and the Secretary Agriculture.
Dr. Amber Ali, who holds the position of Secretary of Agriculture at Grade 21 has received orders to report to the Establishment Department. The government assigned Bakhtiyar Khan to become the new Secretary of Agriculture after his previous role as Secretary of Information.
The government has reassigned multiple officers who hold Grades 18 and 17 to different districts so they can improve administrative operations and deliver better services to citizens.
Major reshuffle: KP health department issues massive transfer and posting orders
Earlier, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) health department on Wednesday reshuffled 345 senior medical officers who have been promoted to Grade 18 recently.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has issued orders of posting and transfers in different hospitals for the actualisation of 345 medical officers promoted regularly in Grade 18.
The notification for promotion of the said doctors was issued on February 10, 2026, in light of which, transfers and postings of senior medical officers have been announced.
According to the notification issued by the Health Department, orders for the transfer and posting of various doctors, including Dr Amjad Sohail, DHQ Charsadda, Dr Muhammad Nadeem, Civil Hospital, Haripur, Dr Ali Khan Category D Hospital, Jamalabad, Charsadda.
Similarly, Dr Noorullah Khan, Deputy Director General Health Services, Dr. Sadaf Jalal Khan Civil Hospital Nawab Kalay Mohmand, Dr Nadia Zeb DHQ Nowshera, Dr Irshad Ali Syed and Group of Teaching Hospitals Swat.
Also Dr Hina Khan DHQ Hospital Mardan, Dr Bibi Hafza DHQ Hospital Karak, Dr Saad Ye Akbar DHQ Shangla, Dr Zeb Nousheen RHC Jwar Buner, Dr Abid Ali Arach Khan Category C Hospital Havelian Abbottabad, Dr Irfanuddin King Teaching Hospital Mansehra have been issued for set actualisation.
