Salman Ali Agha, who was dropped from the Pakistan Test squad following a poor run of form, has made a remarkable comeback in domestic cricket by scoring the first triple century of his first-class career.

Salman smashed a triple century against Team Markhors, producing a dominant innings featuring 42 boundaries and six sixes.

With the feat, Salman became the 18th Pakistani batter to score a triple century in domestic first-class cricket.

The performance comes after Salman faced heavy criticism for his poor outings during Pakistan’s tours of the West Indies and England.

He was among the players dropped from the squad for the third Test against England and subsequently returned home.
