A new video of Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal with her husband Hamza Habib has gone viral on social media.
Hamza Habib broke his silence outside Lahore High Court and called Momina a “lioness”, saying “My wife is a brave lioness and I stand with her”. The clip was recorded during his protective bail hearing in a case registered by Jhang police over alleged threats to PML-N MPA Saqib Chadhar.
Hamza Habib told media outside court that his nikah with Momina Iqbal took place 2 days earlier. He said she is now his legal wife and “his honour”.
He vowed to take all steps for her dignity and protection, adding “he cannot buy me” in response to allegations that MPA Saqib Chadhar offered money to step away from Momina.
LHC granted Hamza protective bail till June 1, directing him to approach the trial court.
The video went viral as Momina Iqbal filed a complaint against PML-N MPA Saqib Chadhar alleging harassment, blackmail and death threats. She later posted a “savage reply” on social media calling him “Ghatiya Insaan” over the car controversy.
The couple’s court clip and Hamza’s “lioness” statement sparked massive reaction on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, with fans praising his support while the showbiz-vs-politics debate continues.
