PESHAWAR (Kamran Ali Shah):  The Peshawar High Court has ordered extensive transfers and postings of judicial officers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A notification issued with the approval of the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court indicates that a total of 51 District and Sessions Judges, along with Additional Sessions Judges, have been reassigned.

According to the notification, Kaleem Arshad Khan and Babar Ali Khan have been appointed as judges in the Accountability Courts of Peshawar. Mubarak Zeb has been transferred from Dera Ismail Khan to Swabi, while Muhammad Adil Khan moves from Peshawar to Nowshera. Muhammad Asif Khan has been transferred from Nowshera to Abbottabad.

Additionally, Nasrullah Khan Gandapur has been appointed as the Judge of the Consumer Court in Peshawar, and Nusrat Yasmin has been assigned as the Judge of the Sales Tax Tribunal in Peshawar.

Other notable postings include Syed Aqeel Shah, who has been sent to Dir Upper; Ashfaq Taj to Mardan; and Sohail Shiraz Noor Sani to Mohmand. Fazal Sattar has been appointed as the Judge of the Consumer Court in Malakand, while Rashida Bano has been designated as the Judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court in Mardan.

The services of Muhammad Shoaib, Farzana Shahid, and Jamal Shah Mehsud have been transferred to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy. The High Court also issued orders for the promotion of several Additional Sessions Judges to the position of District and Sessions Judges.

The Capital City Police Officer has transferred four police personnel, including the Acting Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) for Bara and the Acting SDPO for Tirah, who were stationed in Khyber District.

The CCPO Peshawar issued an official notification regarding these changes on Tuesday.

According to the notification, Muhammad Abid Afridi, the Acting SDPO for Bara, Khyber District, has been reassigned as the Acting Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) for Headquarters Bara. Meanwhile, SI Hikmat Khan, currently serving as Acting DSP Headquarters, has been transferred to the position of Acting SDPO for Tirah.
