KACHI: At least four terrorists of the banned BLA were killed, and two personnel of the security forces martyred during an operation at Kachhi district of Balochistan here on Friday.
According to details, based on intelligence, security forces carried out operation against militants at Kolpur Spalanji area. According to security sources, the forces surrounded a hideout of the banned BLA terrorists in the area.
However, the terrorists present there opened fire on security forces. As a result of the effective and vigorous response by the security forces, 4 terrorists of the banned BLA were killed on the spot, while 2 security forces personnel were martyred, while 3 personnel were injured and they were immediately shifted to the hospital for medical assistance.
The forces have cordoned off the entire area and started a search operation to find possible terrorists who escaped after the incident. Security sources say that operations will continue until the area is cleared of terrorists.
