SWAT: A tourist from Budh Bair area of Peshawar was swept away in the Swat River while bathing in Kalam, a popular tourist destination in Swat district.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Rescue 1122 Swat water rescue and search operation team reached the site and immediately launched a search operation.
Rescue personnel conducted searches at various points along the Swat River from Kalam to Bagh Dheri, but the missing tourist could not be traced.
The search operation was temporarily suspended due to darkness and limited visibility during the night.
According to Rescue 1122 Swat, the water rescue team will resume the search operation early in the morning and utilise all available resources to locate the missing tourist.
