The International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued the latest Twenty20 and One-day international rankings, with Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan retaining third position after a series of consistent performances in the format.

Details released on Wednesday show that in the Twenty20 batting rankings, India’s Abhishek Sharma holds the top position, followed by Ishan Kishan in second place. Sahibzada Farhan of Pakistan remains third.

In the Twenty20 bowling rankings, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan leads the table, with India’s Varun Chakravarthy second and Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed third.

In the One-day international batting rankings, New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell retains first place. Pakistan’s Babar Azam is ranked sixth, while Salman Agha stands tenth.

Among One-day international bowlers, Rashid Khan holds the top position, with England’s Jofra Archer ranked second.

Meanwhile, several Bangladesh players have recorded notable gains following the latest update to the ICC Men’s ODI Player Rankings. Bangladesh drew level in their three-match ODI series against New Zealand in Mirpur on Monday with a six-wicket victory, aided by strong individual performances.

Tanzid Hasan top-scored with 76 in the run chase and has risen 14 places to 40th in the ODI batting rankings. Towhid Hridoy has moved up five places to joint 26th after an unbeaten 30 in the same match. Daryl Mitchell remains at the top of the ODI batting chart despite not taking part in the series in Bangladesh.

In the ODI bowling rankings, spinner Rishad Hossain has climbed 10 places to joint 58th, while pacer Nahid Rana has risen 32 places to 64th after sharing six wickets in the Mirpur match. Left-arm seamer Shoriful Islam has re-entered the rankings at 39th following two wickets in each of the matches against New Zealand.

Changes have also been recorded in the Twenty20 rankings after Scotland’s tour of Namibia. Scotland secured the series 2-1, with opener George Munsey among the leading gainers, rising seven places to joint 21st after a century in the final match.

Mark Watt has moved up 10 places to 47th in the Twenty20 bowling rankings, while Namibia captain Gerhard Erasmus has advanced in both batting and all-rounder standings after scoring 145 runs in the series. He has climbed 24 places to 73rd among batters and risen to 10th among all-rounders.
