The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has opened recruitment for 351 positions ranging from BS-5 to BS-14, providing employment opportunities for candidates with qualifications from matriculation to bachelor’s level.

The recruitment drive covers a range of administrative, technical and law-enforcement positions, including Sub Inspectors, Technical Assistants, Stenotypists, Upper Division Clerks, Assistant Sub Inspectors, Constables and Constable Drivers.

According to the recruitment advertisement, appointments will be made on merit. Applicants must meet the prescribed educational, age and, where required, physical standards for the positions they seek.

Posts and vacancies

The largest share of vacancies is for Constables, with 174 positions, followed by 64 Constable Driver posts and 48 Sub Inspector positions.

The remaining vacancies include 36 Assistant Sub Inspectors, 15 Technical Assistants, eight Stenotypists and six Upper Division Clerks, bringing the total number of advertised posts to 351.

How to apply for NCCIA jobs

Candidates interested in the positions are required to submit their applications online through the National Police Foundation Testing and Assessment Services (NPFTAS) recruitment portal.

Applicants must create an account or update their existing profile with personal and academic information, including their name, father’s name, date of birth and educational qualifications. Candidates with relevant professional experience may also add their employment details.

After completing their profiles, applicants can access the available positions through the ‘Open Applications’ section and select the post they wish to apply for.

The online system allows candidates to review and make corrections to their applications before the deadline. Applicants are advised to carefully verify all information before submitting their forms, as the details provided in the final application will be considered authoritative.

Eligibility criteria

The advertised positions are generally open to candidates between 18 and 25 years of age, with a five-year general age relaxation available under applicable government rules.

Academic requirements depend on the position. Candidates with Matriculation, FA, FSc, ICS, BA, BSc or BS qualifications can apply for different posts, while certain technical positions require relevant education in computer science, information technology or related fields.
