PESHAWAR: The employment contracts of 212 officers and personnel working with the National Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) have been extended for another three months, according to an official notification.
The extension applies to contract-based personnel from Grade 1 to Grade 14 deployed in Peshawar and other parts of the country.
According to the notification issued by NCCIA Director General Khurram Ali Shah, the contracts of personnel recruited under Phase III have been extended until November 30.
Those receiving the extension include 75 Investigation Sub-Inspectors, technical assistants and other officials and staff members.
The decision provides the affected personnel with continued employment for an additional three months as the agency carries on its cybercrime investigation and related operations across the country.
The notification covers personnel serving in various positions from Grade 1 through Grade 14 under the agency’s contract-based recruitment programme.
