ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a new job opportunity for qualified professionals, inviting applications for the position of Assistant Director in its Governance, Risk Management and Compliance department.
According to NADRA, interested candidates can apply online through the authority’s official career portal.
The selected professional will be responsible for areas including compliance with security frameworks, risk assessments, maintenance of risk registers, information security audits, and the development of policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and controls.
The position also requires candidates to have experience with international security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 42001 and PKI/Web Trust.
The role will also cover emerging technology risks, including the assessment of artificial intelligence systems, generative AI and large language models (LLMs). Responsibilities will include addressing risks associated with prompt injection, data exposure and shadow AI.

NADRA has said that candidates who possess certifications like ISO 27001, CISM, and CISA will be prioritized.
The job location will be Islamabad and Quetta, and the last date for sending applications is October 4, 2026.
