ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a Family Token facility at its centres, allowing all members of a family to have their applications processed together at a single window counter.
According to an awareness message issued by NADRA, citizens visiting a NADRA centre with their family members will no longer need to obtain separate tokens for each individual. Instead, they can obtain a single Family Token for the entire family and, when their turn comes, have the required services processed at one window counter.
The facility is aimed at reducing the need for families to visit multiple counters when applying for identity documents or other related services. Under the new system, all family members can have their respective applications processed together at the same counter.
Citizens can obtain a Family Token after arriving at a NADRA centre and approach the designated counter when their turn is called. The facility is intended to make the process more convenient for families visiting NADRA offices together.
NADRA has urged citizens visiting its centres with their families to make use of the Family Token facility to obtain services for all family members through a single window.
