Mona Alam journalist denies Mehr Bukhari’s claims about special hospital arrangements for Imran Khan
Journalist Mona Alam has denied reports that special arrangements were made at Islamabad’s Shifa Hospital for former prime minister Imran Khan’s medical stay.
The denial came after journalist Mehr Bukhari claimed that the hospital’s basement had been specially prepared for Khan’s medical care.
In a social media post, Bukhari alleged that the facility included separate medical rooms, a media room and a waiting area, along with enhanced security and surveillance arrangements. She also claimed that Khan had been brought to the hospital overnight for medical check-ups.
However, Alam rejected the claims, disputing reports of Khan’s alleged medical stay and the reported special arrangements at the hospital.
