ISLAMABAD: The government has announced a reduction in the prices of petroleum products, bringing down the rates of both petrol and diesel.
According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of diesel has been reduced by Rs 2.63 per litre, bringing its new price to Rs 412.12 per litre.
The price of petrol has also been cut by 84 paisas per litre, bringing the new price to Rs 389.28 per litre.
According to the Petroleum Division, the revised prices will be applicable on September 25.
