The price of petrol per litre is Rs 216.68, while taxes of Rs 198.1 per litre are levied on petrol.

A premium of Rs 29 per liter is levied on petrol. The premium per barrel is $ 17.41 cents, which is Rs 29 per litre. Similarly, a levy of Rs 117.41 per litre is levied on petrol, and in addition to this, a customs duty of Rs 22.74 per litre is included.

In addition, 8.64 rupees is the profit of oil companies, and 7.87 rupees is also levied on petrol as a distribution margin. Petrol includes Rs 7.25 per liter freight margin, Rs 2.50 per litre climate support levy. Similarly, a Rs 2.69 per liter exchange adjustment has also been added to petrol.

Similarly, Rs 113.71 per liter taxes are included on diesel. The price of high-speed diesel is about Rs 301 per litre. High-speed diesel includes a Rs 42.60 levy and a Rs 2.50 climate support levy. In addition, Rs 32.48 customs duty, Rs 8.91 per liter marine damage duty are included. In addition, a Rs 2.95 per liter exchange adjustment and a Rs 7.76 per liter freight margin are imposed.

High-speed diesel has a Rs 7.87 per litre distribution margin and an Rs 8.64 per liter profit of oil companies. Similarly, a $20 per barrel premium is included separately on high-speed diesel.

According to the report, the government is collecting Rs 143.63 per liter of petrol, while oil distribution companies are collecting Rs 54.38 per liter of petrol from consumers.
