ISLAMABAD: Easypaisa has confirmed technical issues affecting some of its services and apologised to users facing difficulties while using the platform.

In an important notice shared on social media, the company said some users were experiencing intermittent service disruptions, causing problems with transactions, account access and other digital services. However, the company clarified that the issue was not affecting all users.

According to Easypaisa, its technical teams are working continuously to resolve the problem and restore all digital services as soon as possible.

The company assured customers that the situation is being closely monitored and services are expected to return to normal shortly, urging users to remain patient during the disruption.

Easypaisa further stated that customer trust remains its top priority.

Meanwhile, several users on social media also reported issues related to the Easypaisa app, including difficulties in transferring funds and accessing certain features.

Financial experts said technical disruptions are not uncommon in digital banking systems, but timely communication from companies plays an important role in maintaining customer confidence during such situations.

Easypaisa added that any further updates regarding the issue would be shared through its official platforms.
