LAKKI MARWAT: Commander 55 Brigade, Brigadier Haider Ali, along with District Police Officer Lakki Marwat Nazir Ahmed, visited village Bahram Khel, where a session was held with the elders and dignitaries of the area.

Addressing the jirga, Brigadier Haider Ali made it clear that any kind of facilitation of criminal elements is intolerable and strict action will be taken against those involved in any criminal activity. He appreciated the efforts of the Bahram Khel Committee and the people, along with the Pakistan Army and the Police, to establish law and order.

He said that the security situation in the area has improved during the last few months; however, there is a risk of a resurgence of criminal elements, which is not possible without local cooperation. He urged the elders and dignitaries to continue close cooperation with the security agencies.

The participants of the jirga expressed satisfaction with the efforts of the security agencies and reiterated their commitment to promoting peace and stability in the area.
