BANNU: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Bannu has announced the results of the Intermediate (HSSC) Annual Examinations 2026 at a ceremony held in Bannu.
Commissioner Bannu Division and Chairman BISE Bannu, Captain (Retd.) Khalid Mahmood, attended the ceremony as the chief guest and distributed awards among the position holders.
The first position holder received Rs40,000, the second position holder Rs30,000, and the third position holder Rs25,000. Principals and teachers of the respective colleges were also awarded Rs20,000 each.
In the Pre-Medical group, Ahmadullah Khan of Government Degree College No. 2 Bannu secured first position by obtaining 1,111 marks out of 1,200. Muhammad Abdul of Cadet College Razmak stood second with 1,104 marks, while Hoorain Ismat and Shandana Khan of Government Postgraduate College Bannu jointly secured third position with 1,101 marks each.
In the Pre-Engineering group, Muhammad Junaid Khan secured first position with 1,064 marks. Masroor Ilahi of Crescent Public School and College Mir Ali, North Waziristan, stood second with 1,051 marks, while Amir Hassan of Akram Khan Durrani College secured third position with 1,034 marks.
In the Pre-Computer group, Faizan Ahmad of Crescent Public School and College Mir Ali, North Waziristan, secured first position with 1,054 marks. Sajid Aziz of Cadet College Razmak, North Waziristan, stood second with 1,044 marks, while Muhammad Furqan Qureshi of Government Degree College No. 2 Bannu secured third position with 1,031 marks.
In the Humanities group, Saba, daughter of Syed Alam, of Government Girls Higher Secondary School Tatar Khel, Lakki Marwat, secured first position with 1,052 marks. Anosha Gul of FG Degree College for Women Bannu Cantt stood second with 1,041 marks.
Speaking at the ceremony, BISE Bannu Secretary Noor Alam Khan welcomed Commissioner Bannu Division and Chairman BISE Bannu Captain (Retd.) Khalid Mahmood, the position holders, their parents, and heads of the respective educational institutions.
Controller Examinations Farooq Khan formally announced the results and briefed participants about the examination results.
Students, parents, teachers, Research Officer Bannu Board Umar Hayat Khan, representatives of the Information Department, media personnel, and other dignitaries attended the ceremony.
According to BISE Bannu Secretary Noor Alam Khan, the results of the Intermediate (HSSC) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations are available online. Students can check their results through the board’s online result service by entering their roll number and other required information.
