ISLAMABAD: The federal government has issued orders for the appointment, transfer and extension of deputation of several officers from different government services.

According to official notifications issued by the Establishment Division, Paras Razzaq has been appointed as General Manager at State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Principal Office Karachi.

Meanwhile, the deputation of Kashif Ali, Inspector General of Treasuries in the Finance Department of the Sindh government, has been extended for another two years.

The services of Ammar Akhtar, a Grade-17 officer of the Pakistan Customs Service, have also been placed at the disposal of the Pakistan Land Port Authority for a period of three years.

Police Officers Also Transferred

The government has also issued transfer and posting orders for officers of the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP).

DIG Muhammad Haroon Joiya, currently serving in Islamabad Police, has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

Similarly, Arif Shahbaz Khan Wazir, a Grade-19 PSP officer serving at the NCCIA, has been transferred and his services placed on deputation with the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).

In another transfer, Grade-18 officer Hamad Haider, currently serving with Railway Police, has been transferred and directed to report to the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.

The Establishment Division has formally issued notifications covering the appointments, transfers, deputation extensions and placement of the officers’ services with various government departments and organisations.
