Two young boys killed and three people were injured when the tourist car fell into a deep ravine in Kaghan on Tuesday.
According to rescue sources, the car going from Khanpur to Naran Kaghan met with an accident on the mountain road of Kaghan and lost control from the driver and fell into a deep ravine. As a result of the accident, two people died on the spot and three were injured.
The deceased include 22-year-old Hamza Qadir, a resident of Khanpur, and 20-year-old Irfan Mughal, a resident of Nawab Shah, both of whom were cousins. According to rescue officials, Irfan Mughal had gone to Naran Kaghan for a tour with his cousins.
Osama is among those injured in the accident, whose condition is said to be critical, while the other injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention.
As soon as the news of the accident reached Khanpur, the atmosphere of the city turned mournful and chaos erupted in the homes of the deceased youth. The bodies of both the youths have been sent to their native areas of Khanpur and Nawabshah.
