Before the federal budget is announced, a new price trend has emerged in the solar industry, leading to a significant increase in the prices of solar panels across various capacities.
This sudden surge in solar panel prices has raised concerns among consumers and investors. Market sources indicate that the price of solar panels has increased from 7,000 to 9,000 rupees per unit. As a result, a 585-watt solar panel, which was previously priced at approximately 18,000 rupees, is now available for 27,000 rupees.
Similarly, the cost of a 645-watt solar panel has risen from 22,000 rupees to 31,200 rupees, while the price of a 720-watt panel has increased from 25,000 rupees to 33,500 rupees.
Additionally, market analysts are expressing concerns about a potential rise in prices for not only solar panels but also inverters.
