The Pakistan Meteorological Department predicted hot and dry weather across various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, along with a heatwave from today onward until the 12th of June. 

Hot and dry weather is expected in most districts of the province. Partly cloudy conditions are likely in Kalam, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, and surrounding areas during the afternoon. According to the Met Office in Peshawar, the temperature is recorded at 22 degrees centigrade and will increase up to 39 degrees centigrade.

According to the Met office in Punjab, mainly hot and dry weather is anticipated in most districts, with very hot conditions expected in the southern districts. While in  Sindh, most districts will experience mainly hot and dry weather, while very hot conditions are likely in the upper districts.

In Balochistan generally, hot and dry weather is expected across most districts, with very hot conditions in the southern districts. In Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, the Met office forecasts partly cloudy weather in Kashmir, while Gilgit-Baltistan may experience partly cloudy conditions with isolated rain and thunderstorms.

Overall, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, with very hot conditions in southern Balochistan and upper Sindh. However, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan may see partly cloudy weather during the afternoon.
