PESHAWAR:A fire broke out suddenly in a shop at Salman Plaza, near the Army Check Post on Warsak Road, due to unknown causes, Rescue 1122 officials said.
According to Rescue 1122, as soon as the emergency call was received, 3 fire vehicles and 1 ambulance were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Rescue 1122 firefighters reached the site and began firefighting operations. Using professional techniques, they attacked the blaze from multiple sides and brought the fire under complete control within 50 minutes.
Rescue officials confirmed that no loss of life was reported in the incident.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined and further investigation is underway.
