News about Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan’s hospitalization have caused concern among fans, however, close sources have termed these reports as baseless.
Initial reports claimed that the 83-year-old superstar has been undergoing treatment at Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai for the past few days due to stomach problems, while it was also said that his son Abhishek Bachchan also arrived at the hospital to meet him.
However, close sources later clarified that Amitabh Bachchan was not hospitalized but had only gone to Nanavati Hospital for a routine medical check-up and returned home the same day.
Sources told Indian media that Amitabh Bachchan goes to the hospital for regular check-ups every month and this time too he returned home after just a routine check-up. Another source completely dismissed the rumours and said that the actor is completely healthy.
