PESHAWAR: At least 11 people, including men, women and children, were injured in a traffic accident on DHA Northern Bypass Road in Peshawar on Friday, Rescue 1122 said.
According to Rescue 1122, emergency teams responded promptly to the scene on the instructions of District Emergency Officer Iftikhar Khan and provided first aid to the injured.
The victims were later shifted by ambulance to Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) for further medical treatment.
Rescue officials said the operation was completed swiftly and professionally, ensuring the safe evacuation and transfer of all injured persons to the hospital.
