KARACHI: The National Savings Centre on Monday announced the winners of the 106th draw for Rs200 Prize Bonds, including the holder of the bond that secured the first prize of Rs750,000.
The draw, which was conducted in Karachi, revealed that bond number 581381 has won the first prize of Rs750,000, which is the right of its holder.
For the second prize, there will be six winners whose bond numbers have been declared, with each winner set to receive Rs250,000. The six winners include bond numbers 070148, 194865, 222052, 412303, and 710633. It has been said that the complete list of second prize winners along with other prize winners will be released separately.
Moreover, the National Savings Centre has informed that 1,696 bond holders will receive a prize worth Rs1,250 each.
Officials from the National Savings Centre have informed that the complete list of winners will be released soon.
It is widely known that Rs200 Prize Bond is one of the most popular savings methods among small investors in Pakistan. Drawings for the prize bonds are held four times per year.
Issued under the guarantee of the Government of Pakistan, prize bonds are widely regarded as a secure savings option due to their accessibility, low entry cost, and capital protection.
