The Pakistan Airports Authority has implemented a significant administrative reshuffle, transferring and posting 29 officers across various airports in the country as part of routine operational adjustments.
According to the notification, several key positions at Islamabad International Airport have been reassigned. Deputy Airport Manager Engineer Kamal Khan has been transferred, while Ayyaz Khan Afridi has been appointed as the new Deputy Airport Manager.
In another important change, Duty Terminal Manager Hamza bin Saud has been posted to Skardu Airport, and Senior Deputy Director Airside Irfanullah has been appointed as Airport Manager of Gilgit.
Additionally, Duty Terminal Manager Muaz Malik has been transferred from Islamabad to Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore. Deputy Director Sohaib Ali Khan has moved from Islamabad to Jinnah International Airport in Karachi.
Other appointments include Ehsaas Tareen at Quetta International Airport and Muhammad Umair, who has been transferred from Lahore to Islamabad Airport.
The authority has instructed all officers to assume their new responsibilities immediately and submit charge reports to headquarters without delay.
It also confirmed that all transfer and posting orders are effective immediately, and relevant officials at Islamabad Airport have been relieved of their duties.
