ISLAMABAD: The Central Directorate of National Savings has launched a new digital application aimed at providing customers with easier and faster access to financial services without the need to visit offices.
The National Savings Digital App has been introduced to help users manage their financial matters conveniently and securely from anywhere and at any time, officials said.
Customers will now be able to use the new mobile app to access instant balance information, view their e-statements and transaction history directly from their phones.
Customers will also have the opportunity to purchase a range of National Savings digital products from home through this app and get up-to-date information regarding their investments, status and profit information.
It was noted that the project would help customers to avoid physical presence at National Savings branches and increase the convenience of service delivery.
This mobile app can be downloaded for Android and iPhone from Google Play Store and Apple App Store respectively.
National Savings has also established dedicated helplines to assist customers, including support services for ATM-related issues and mobile app guidance. Customers can also seek assistance through the organization’s official website and email support channels.
Authorities said customers requiring additional help with digital services can visit their nearest National Savings Centre for guidance and support.
