The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has outlined the procedure for obtaining a replacement B-Form if a child’s document is lost.

In a statement, NADRA said parents could visit their nearest NADRA Registration Centre or apply for a replacement from home through the Pak ID mobile application.

According to the authority, the fee for a replacement B-Form is Rs50 under the normal category and Rs500 under the executive category.

The B-Form, officially known as the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), can be obtained by visiting a nearby NADRA Registration Centre or applying through the Pak ID mobile application.

Applicants are required to provide the child’s birth certificate, the parents’ Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs) and the applicable fee, which is approximately Rs50.

For children under 10 years of age, a photograph is required, while children aged 10 to 18 must provide biometric details, including fingerprints and an iris scan, according to the provided information.

Parents seeking a B-Form for a child older than one year are required to visit a NADRA Registration Centre in person.
