PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Home Department has decided to take strict action against 2,400 government employees who are allegedly supporting terrorists. Important tasks have been assigned to the relevant departments to address this issue.
According to documents from the Home Department, immediate action is required regarding this serious matter. All relevant departments have been directed to compile complete data on their employees found to be involved in supporting criminal activities. This information will be uploaded onto specially developed online software for easy access and monitoring.
The Home Department has also instructed that formal notifications be issued after the process of identifying over 2,000 individuals allegedly involved in supporting terrorists is completed.
The documents state that not only government employees but also contractors and other individuals associated with this group will be held accountable under the law. The names of all these individuals will be included in Schedule IV of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
