A grand and dignified ceremony of the “Fakhr-e-Hazara Summit 2026” was held at Jalal Baba Auditorium, where outstanding and talented individuals from the Hazara region were honored with awards for their remarkable contributions in various fields of life.
The memorable event highlighted the culture, talent, and positive image of Hazara and showcased the bright and progressive face of the region. Personalities who achieved distinction in literature, culture, tourism, journalism, sports, social services, business, social media, and education were recognized and appreciated for their achievements.
The award recipients were praised for their hard work, dedication, and commitment, through which they not only established their own identities but also brought pride to the Hazara region at national and international levels. The event reflected that the land of Hazara is rich in talent, creativity, awareness, and leadership.
The chief guest of the ceremony was Azam Khan Swati, leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Senator, who appreciated the extraordinary potential of Hazara’s youth while addressing the audience. He stated that the youth are the bright future of Pakistan and congratulated the organizers for arranging such a positive and encouraging platform. He added that initiatives like Fakhr-e-Hazara Awards inspire the younger generation to move forward and excel.
Other distinguished guests included Dr. Faisal Nawaz, Director Students Affairs at Hazara University, District Youth Officer Abbottabad Madam Bushra Masroor, Abdullah Haroon son of MNA Shahzada Gustasb, President Young Leaders Parliament Naveed Ahmad, heads of various departments of Hazara University, teachers, political and social personalities, businessmen, poets, social media influencers, entrepreneurs, and a large number of students.
Founder of Fakhr-e-Hazara Awards, Sikandar Khan Khalil, welcomed the guests and shed light on the establishment, history, and objectives of the awards platform. He stated that the aim of the initiative is to bring forward the hidden yet talented individuals of Hazara who are silently serving society in different sectors.
The event also beautifully reflected Hazara’s rich culture, traditions, and regional colors. Participants termed the ceremony a symbol of hope, encouragement, and recognition for the talented youth of Hazara.
At the conclusion of the event, participants expressed their commitment to continue organizing such positive programs in order to further introduce Hazara’s talent at the national level.
