ISLAMABAD: The government has increased the prices of petroleum products in Pakistan, according to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division.

The price of petrol has been increased by Rs12.90 per litre, taking the new price to Rs358.77 per litre.

Meanwhile, the price of high-speed diesel has gone up by Rs3.72 per litre, with the new rate set at Rs381.77 per litre.

According to the notification, the revised petroleum prices will remain effective for one day only. The new rates will come into effect from midnight.
