The price of Gold Per Tola in Peshawar was sold at Rs 469700 while prices of 22 Karat Gold price for today is Rs. 430555, 21 karat rate for per tola is Rs. 410988.
Gold prices witnessed an unusual fluctuation in the second and third weeks of this month. Last week, due to the decline in global gold demand and the stability of the rupee at the local level, the price of gold per tola recorded a major decline of more than Rs 1,100. However, during the last 48 hours, the market has maintained its position and no new changes in prices were seen.
The current stability in gold prices is a positive signal for both buyers and traders. Business activities in the market had slowed down due to continuous fluctuations in prices, but now after the stabilization, the citizens are expected to resume their purchases for the wedding season.”
The Sarafa Association has clarified that these rates are in line with the central market. Due to the inclusion of making charges (labor) and local taxes by jewelers in different areas and districts of Peshawar, there may be a slight difference in the final prices. Therefore, citizens must check the live rate from their nearest trusted gold bullion center before making any purchase or sale.
