ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a convenient way for citizens to view their family details recorded in official records from the comfort of their homes.
According to NADRA, users can access their registered family information free of charge through the Pak-ID mobile app. To view the details, users need to open the Pak-ID app, go to the “Family” section and select the “Family Tree” option. The app will then display the family members and information registered in NADRA’s records.
NADRA has also provided an option for users to report any person listed in their family tree who is not related to them. How to check family details: Open the Pak-ID mobile app and go to the Family section. Select the Family Tree option. Review the details of family members displayed on the screen.
If an unrelated person appears in the record, select the relevant option to report the individual. For further assistance, citizens can contact NADRA’s helpline at 1777. The facility allows citizens to review their family records remotely and if there is any issue report without visiting a NADRA office.
