Asad Qaiser blames government for anti-democratic measures to prevent meeting with Imran Khan and termed it clear violation of the law.
Talking to media persons Former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser strongly condemned the government for preventing a meeting with Imran Khan.PTI central leader Asad Qaiser has severely criticized the government and said that not allowing anyone to meet Imran Khan is a fascist attitude and this move is a clear violation of democracy.
Asad Qaiser clarified that according to the law, every prisoner is allowed to meet, even if he is involved in murder or major crimes. He said, “This attitude is not only illegal but also violates the basic principles of democracy.”
He further said that the current government, which he called the illegitimate government of Form 47, has practically ended democracy in the country. At present, there is no real democracy left in the country, and the fundamental rights of citizens are being restricted.
Former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has said that the PTI leader strongly condemned this policy of the government, saying that such measures undermine public trust and create tension in the political environment. He demanded that all prisoners be allowed to meet in accordance with the law and that the violation of the principles of democracy should stop.
