The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued a revised fee structure for its various identity-related services, with charges varying according to the normal, urgent and executive categories.
According to the details released by NADRA, the fee structure is intended to help citizens determine the applicable charges when applying for identity documents and related services.
For the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), commonly known as Form-B, the normal fee has been set at Rs50, while the urgent category is not available. The executive fee is Rs500.
The Juvenile Card carries a normal fee of Rs750, an urgent fee of Rs1,500 and an executive fee of Rs2,500.
For a first-time national identity card, the normal category is free of charge, while the urgent and executive categories cost Rs1,150 and Rs2,150, respectively.
The Smart National Identity Card has been priced at Rs750 under the normal category, Rs1,500 for urgent processing and Rs2,500 for executive processing.
For overseas Pakistanis, the fee for the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) varies according to the applicant’s region. In Zone A, covering the United States, Europe and Australia, the normal, urgent and executive fees are $39, $57 and $75, respectively.
For Zone B, which includes the Middle East, Africa and other Asian countries, the fees are $20 for normal processing, $30 for urgent processing and $40 for executive processing.
The Pakistan Origin Card (POC) carries a normal fee of $150, an urgent fee of $200 and an executive fee of $250.
