LAHORE: The Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE), in collaboration with a leading multinational telecommunications company, has announced 400 job vacancies under a recruitment and training programme.

Registration for the positions is currently underway, while walk-in interviews will be held on August 22, 2026, according to the recruitment announcement.

According to the recruitment program, selected candidates would undergo training for three months. During the three-month period, selected candidates would receive a monthly stipend of Rs20,000.

The candidates, who complete the training program, will be hired with a monthly salary of Rs45,000, enabling them to get jobs upon completion of the program.

As per officials from PBTE, candidates possessing Matric and FA degrees can directly appear for the interviews. In addition to this, candidates awaiting their results of Intermediate or DAE degree are also eligible to apply.

Applicants must be aged between 18 and 32 years.

The walk-in interviews would take place on Saturday, August 22, at 10 am at Punjab Board of Technical Education, 21-A Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.

It has been said that the training program for candidates selected for the recruitment program will commence immediately after the interviews.

It is worth noting that applicants, who have not yet applied online, can also directly appear for the walk-in interviews.

The program is meant to provide technical training and employment to young candidates, who are expected to get jobs after completing the training program.
