CHAGHI: Security forces and police foiled an attempt by armed terrorists to rob MCB Bank in Chaghi district by taking timely action.
According to official sources, the terrorists tried to target the bank, but due to the prompt and effective response of the police and security forces, they could not succeed in their intentions. After the incident, a search operation was launched by cordoning off the area, which is still ongoing.
Officials say that the attack on the bank is not only an attempt to cause financial damage but also a conspiracy to affect public peace, business activities and economic stability. Such attacks can directly harm local traders, laborers, employees and daily wage earners.
According to sources, security forces are continuing operations to arrest and eliminate the terrorists involved in the attack, while security has been further tightened in the area.
Authorities have appealed to citizens to immediately report suspicious activities to law enforcement agencies and cooperate with them to maintain law and order.
According to security sources, the operation against the terrorists will continue until the area is completely secured.
