A person was killed in a firing incident over a long-standing property dispute in the Khobai Kali area of Shabqadar police station in Charsadda.
According to the police, four people, including a woman and a passerby, were seriously injured in this tragic incident of firing and are being given immediate medical assistance.
As soon as the incident was reported, police and rescue teams reached the scene and the dead and injured were shifted to THQ Hospital Shabqadar.
Hospital sources said that the condition of the three injured is critical, due to which they have been referred to Peshawar for further treatment after first aid.
Police have handed over the body of the deceased to the heirs after conducting the post-mortem at the hospital.
Shabqadar Police Station has registered a report of the incident and has formally initiated an investigation to arrest the accused.
