Iranian Defence Ministry Spokesperson Brigadier Reza Talai has said that we are fully prepared for a long war; it is not wise to use our effective weapons at the beginning.
Brigadier Reza Talai said in a statement that the enemy’s weapons stockpile is limited; everyone knows this. The enemy had a misconception that the Iranian military force would end with the martyrdom of the leader. He added that Iran surprised the enemy by resisting fiercely on the first day of the attack. On the other hand, the building of the Assembly of Experts in the Iranian city of Qom was also destroyed in the US and Israeli attack. The Assembly of Experts elects the Iranian Supreme Leader, while according to the Iranian News Agency, Tehran’s Inqilab Square was also bombed.

He said that it would be “unwise for Iran to use all its effective weapons at the beginning of the war,” indicating that Iran has reserved its military capability for a long time.
Earlier, Ali Larijani, the head of the Supreme National Security Council, said in a statement on the social networking website ‘X’ (Twitter) that “Iran, unlike the United States, has prepared itself for a long war. We will defend our 6,000-year-old civilization at all costs.”
Iranian officials say they have never started a war in the past 300 years, but if war is imposed on them, the enemy will regret their “miscalculations.”
