LAKKI MARWAT (Ghulam Akbar Marwat): Two people were killed in a firing by unknown persons near Langarkhel on Begokhel road in Lakki Marwat district.
According to police sources, the victims in the incident have been identified as Safiullah and Afnan Khan, both of whom belong to Begokhel.
The sources further said that the brother of one of the deceased is working as a driver in the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), while the other person is also said to be a close relative of a police officer.
Immediately after the incident, a heavy contingent of police reached the spot and after collecting evidence, an investigation has been launched.
