CHARSADDA: A tragic incident occurred in the Prang area of Charsadda when the roof of a house collapsed resulted killing of three children and injuring two others on Saturday.
According to the details, the roof of a residential house suddenly collapsed, due to which five people in the house were buried under the rubble. As soon as the incident was reported, the rescue teams of Rescue 1122 Charsadda immediately reached the spot and started large-scale rescue operations with the help of the locals.
After hard work, the rescue personnel pulled out all the people buried under the rubble; however, unfortunately, three innocent children had died on the spot. The deceased include: Sujawal (age 12), Abubakar (age 3), and Umair (age 2).
Rescue teams immediately provided first aid to the injured after pulling them out of the debris and shifted them to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Charsadda in a critical condition, where they are being given medical aid.
