FAISALABAD: The wait is over for holders of Rs 1,500 prize bonds as the results of the latest draw have been announced at the National Savings Centre in Faisalabad.
The draw conducted was the 107th one for the Rs1,500 prize bond draw with the winners being announced for the first, second and third prizes.
The first prize winner for Rs3 million is the bond number 177110.
Bonds numbered 804336, 985779 and 987416 won the second prize worth Rs1 million each.
On the other hand, 1,696 people will get Rs18,500 each in the third prize.
Prize bonds are regarded as a widely used savings option in Pakistan since the holders of the prize bond keep their face value while having the chance of winning cash prizes from the quarterly draws.
Prize bond holders may obtain the bonds from relevant State Bank of Pakistan offices, commercial bank branches or National Savings Centres using their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) along with the relevant application form.
Winners may collect their prize money from the concerned State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) field office, commercial bank branch or National Savings Centre by submitting the claim form.
For tax year 2026, prize money from prize bonds is subject to a 15% tax for active taxpayers listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), while non-filers are subject to a 30% tax.
Holders of the Rs1,500 prize bonds are advised to verify their bond numbers against the official draw results before submitting a claim.
Rs 100 Prize Bond Results: See Who Won Rs 700,000
Meanwhile, the results of the quarterly draw for Rs100 prize bonds have been announced, with lucky winners set to receive prizes ranging from Rs1,000 to Rs700,000.
The draw was held at the National Savings Centre in Multan, where winners of the first, second and third prizes were selected.
Bond Number 732900 has won the first prize worth Rs700,000.
Winners for second prize worth Rs200,000 each are three in number. Bond numbers are 252196, 427125 and 875106.
On the other hand, winners for third prize will get Rs1,000 each. The list of third prize winners will be available soon after being officially declared by the Multan National Savings Centre.
In the last draw conducted in May 2026, bond number 847006 had won the first prize.
Prize bonds are among the most popular saving instruments in Pakistan. Thousands of people participate in quarterly draws for cash prizes and save their bonds’ face value amount as well.
