PESHAWAR: The final national polio campaign of 2025 will officially begin across the country tomorrow, according to the National Emergency Operation Center Pakistan.
Acording to the National EOC More than 45 million children will be vaccinated against polio during the polio campaign. This last polio campaign of the year 2025 will continue across the country from December 15 to 21.
During this campaign over 23 million children to be administered polio drops in Punjab, 16 million children in Sindh and 7.2 million children will be given polio drops in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to National EOC, More than 2.6 million childrenpolio in Balochistan, 460,000 children in Islamabad, 228,000 children in Gilgit-Baltistan and 760,000 children to be administered polio drops in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
More than 400,000 male and female polio workers to carry out their duties in 7-day national polio campaign.
Protecting children from polio is a shared national responsibility of all of us.
National EOC argued parents should fully cooperate with polio workers to protect the future of the nation from polio.
