‎Another major nexus of malicious propaganda against Pakistan between Afghan Taliban and Indian media has been exposed.

According to sources, a video recently went viral on social media claiming to be a major attack on Pakistani security forces in South Waziristan. However, after fact checking, it was found that the video was not from South Waziristan but an old footage from Iraq, which was deliberately used for anti-Pakistan narrative.

‎According to the investigative report, the aim of this conspiracy was to create an impression of insecurity in Pakistan’s tribal districts and to paint cross-border terrorism as “people’s resistance”.

Indian media outlets and pro-Modi social media accounts, along with pro-Afghan Taliban handles, widely shared this fake video to tarnish Pakistan’s defence image globally.

‎Security sources say that the Modi government is continuously misleading its nation and the world through fake methods to divert attention from its internal failures.

Pakistan has categorically rejected this propaganda, calling it part of “hybrid warfare”. Experts say that calling the Iraq video a Waziristan attack is proof that the enemy has no real material against Pakistan, so it is resorting to globally rejected videos.

‎ “India has always been spreading false propaganda against Pakistan, but calling the Iraq video Waziristan is the limit. Modi should stop this cheap publicity now.” Local People said.

‎”We should not believe everything we see on social media. This nexus between the Afghan Taliban and India is actually a ploy by elements who are afraid of Pakistan’s progress.” They said

‎”The capture of the Iraq video is a slap in the face for India. How long will the Modi government entertain its people with lies? The truth will eventually come out.”  Another citizen remarked

‎ “Our forces are the guardians of the borders, and such fake videos cannot demoralize the nation. The enemy should be ashamed that he has resorted to such despicable acts.”  He said.
