Meteorological Department and NDMA have predicted rain and hailstorm in different parts of the country.

Today, the weather in Islamabad will remain cloudy, where the maximum temperature is expected to be 26 degrees Celsius and the minimum is expected to be 17 degrees Celsius.

The humidity in the city is 54 percent, while the chances of rain during the day are 65 percent and up to 50 percent at night. Experts have warned citizens that strong winds and rain can damage weak structures and electrical installations, so precautionary measures should be taken.

There is a risk of landslides in the mountainous areas, in view of which tourists and local residents have been advised to be extremely cautious.

NDMA has advised citizens to avoid unnecessary travel and take precautionary measures keeping in mind the weather conditions. Strong winds and hailstorms can damage weak structures and power installations, so the concerned authorities have been asked to remain alert.
