The Pakistan Meteorological Department has issued a weather advisory forecasting unstable conditions across multiple regions of the country over the next two to four hours.

According to the latest update issued, intermittent rain accompanied by gusty winds and thunderstorms is expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Mianwali, Chakwal, Kotli and surrounding areas.

The system is likely to persist from April 25 through April 28, with chances of moderate to heavy rainfall at isolated locations.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Chitral, Peshawar, Abbottabad, Bannu, Kohat, Mardan and Nowshera, similar weather patterns are anticipated during the same period.

Occasional downpours, windstorms and thunder activity may disrupt routine life in these districts.

The Met Office further indicated that parts of Balochistan, particularly Quetta and Kalat, are also likely to experience rain and thunderstorms intermittently.

Authorities have advised the public to exercise caution, especially during strong winds and thunderstorms, and to stay updated with official weather bulletins.

Travelers and residents in vulnerable areas are urged to take necessary precautionary measures to avoid any untoward incidents.

The department continues to monitor the evolving weather system and will issue updates as necessary.
