The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has issued an official order to promote nine office bearers of the Civil Secretariat Peshawar to the post of Junior Clerk.
According to a notification issued by the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD), these promotions have been made in the light of the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC).
According to the notification, the competent authority has approved the promotion of office bearers working in Grade 4 as Junior Clerks in Grade 11 permanently. The promoted employees include Adeel Ahmed, Adeel Vector, Muhammad Shafiq, Wajahat Ali, Rafiq Nawab, Abdul Wahid, Syed Shoaib Ali, Wilson Masih and Nawaz Khan. Along with the promotion, new postings and transfers have also been made to these employees in different departments.
According to the notification, Adeel Ahmed has been posted to Elementary and Secondary Education, Adeel Vector and Wajahat Ali to Home and Tribal Affairs, Rafiq Nawab to Higher Education, Syed Shoaib Ali to Governor’s Secretariat, Wilson Masih to Social Welfare, while Nawaz Khan has been posted to the Information Department. Muhammad Shafiq has been retained in the Finance and Abdul Wahid to the Communication and Works Department.
The notification clarified that all the promoted junior clerks will be on probation for one year. All the employees have been directed to submit attested copies of their first appointment order, service book, matriculation certificate, domicile, identity card and other educational documents to the relevant section of the HRM department.
