PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s Human Resource Management Department has issued two separate notifications regarding the promotion, posting and transfer of women officers in the Elementary and Secondary Education sector.
According to the first notification, issued on September 28, 2026, Rubina Kaukab, promoted on a regular basis from Subject Specialist (BS-18) to Principal (BS-19), has been posted as Principal of GGHSS Batkhela, Malakand.
The notification stated that her posting against a vacant position was made in the public interest and with immediate effect, while retaining her existing pay and scale.
In a second notification, the department issued orders posting and transferring five women officers promoted on a regular basis from BS-19 to BS-20.
According to the notification, Shazia Noor (BS-20) has been transferred from Principal, GGHSS Julian, Haripur, and posted as Principal of the Regional Professional Development Centre (Women), Charsadda.
Sarwat Jahan (BS-20) has been transferred from Principal, GGHSS Toru, Mardan, and posted as Principal of the Regional Professional Development Centre (Women), Swabi.
Similarly,Samia Sadiq (BS-20), who was serving as an Instructor at the Regional Professional Development Centre (Women), Peshawar, has been posted as Principal of GGHSS Sahibzada Umar Khan Shaheed, Peshawar.
Zaib-un-Nisa (BS-20) has been transferred from Principal, GGC M/HSS No. 6 Chah Syed Manawar, Dera Ismail Khan, and posted as Principal of GGHSS No. 2 Kari Ali Zai, Dera Ismail Khan.
Meanwhile, Syeda Sameera Bukhari (BS-20) has been transferred from Principal, GGHSS Balakot, Mansehra, and posted as Principal of the Regional Professional Development Centre (Women), Swat.
The Human Resource Management Department said all the postings and transfers would take effect immediately in the public interest.
